Return eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Requesting a return

To request a return, contact obdangeroustactical@gmail.com. We will provide return authorization and instructions for approved returns. Please do not send items back without approval.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and purchasing their own shipping label for approved returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

For damaged or incorrect items, OBDangerous will cover return shipping costs and provide instructions after reviewing and approving the request.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact obdangeroustactical@gmail.com immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Custom products, including special orders and personalized items, cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To exchange an eligible item, request a return. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Downloadable cookbook

Downloadable cookbook purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
